Job Role will include;

Processing of new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals

Ensure communication between sub-brokers/direct clients is maintained and runs smoothly

Ensure policy documentation leaving the office is correct and compliant.

Maintain the diary and ensure that deadlines are met within the time-scales

Ensure files are kept in an orderly fashion

Assist with claims handling when required

Answering all calls

Candidate;

1 years plus experience in Motor Claims

Knowledge and usage of the open GI system

Confident dealing with customer's queries and questions

Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am to 7pm or 11:30am to 9pm, Friday 9:30am to 7pm or 1pm to 7pm and Saturday 9am - 12:30pm or 10am to 4pm

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK BOTH SETS OF HOURS ON A ROTA BASIS AND EVERY SATURDAY
